Hi Lucky- from our Nation’s Capitol. How are you today? We woke up to 39 degrees. I took the dogs out for a walk earlier. Not much on my agenda today- what about you? I have a pork shoulder in the oven today- first time cooking one so hope it turns out ok. Read that it should be cooked slowly so hopefully I am doing that.
