I just found this forum and am looking forward to having some conversations with folks my age. Lately I find myself having no frame of reference to start a conversation with younger people, LOL. Anyone else have this problem?

Yes, wife and I both have had this problem with the younger generation. But, then again, when I was their age, I don't even think I knew any Seniors...…...and basically didn't want to. They were just too old for me to talk to. They would talk about music of the 50's, of which I didn't have a clue about.

Welcome, Idic_Writer! Yes, I've had that problem, too. When I retired, I was the oldest person at the company. I got so tired of saying, "Remember when...……" and they'd look at me blankly.
