My father had a house in Sunriver. I had my honeymoon there. After the divorce I would take the kids to Sunriver every chance we got. My mother did not like cleaning it and did not want to rent it out, so they decided to sell it back in the late 90's. Kinda miss going over there.

Sunriver was the 'go to' place in the '60s thru the '90s
I know.
My filthy rich cousin bought good chunks of it and sold 'em.
He still owns a large portion of Bend.

I do love the Cascades, and anything between them and the coast.
I particularly love the Oregon coast.
It's just that my lady can't go the wet, damp, drizzle.
So.....I suffer along in the sun (grin).

10 working days. It's going so slow that it seems like ground hog day and I am stuck in a time loop. Sometimes my 41 years at this job seems like 2 or 3 lifetimes and in some ways it was. So many stages which started shortly after I started work with my divorce. Then loosing the house and raising the kids alone with almost no money. Could write a book, but I'm sure some people have it much worse than I did.
