Hello from Texas I am having Return problems

Liberty Medic is giving me major problems with a return. It is disgraceful

I bought an up walker for my wife from LibertyMedic and followed their directions for a return.
They are giving me the run-around, when customer service answers which is rare, on the "hassle free"
return. They received the unit back 12.28.
