Well, thanks. Maybe you can tell me the difference between "quote" and "reply". Do I need to quote, in order to continue a conversation?

No idea what "quote" does when I click on it I get a message that says "Message added to Multi-quote" but I can't see that anything happens.
Don't think so...

When you go down to the space to add a reply to the thread, you’ll see an “Insert Quote” box. Click it and anything you attempted to quote before and couldn’t find will be listed. You might have lots of clean up to do.
