Our family was Democrats for generation, then Jimmy Carter came along. The peanut farmer and his embargo did not set well with farmers. Then came slick Willy. The Democrats of today are the Hollywood/jet set/lear jet liberals. They are not the old Democrats. And I aint very fond of Republicans right now either.

I think a revolution might be in order.

Republicans have done a bang up job of painting government to always be the "bad guy".... when in reality, all they want is less regulations for Corporations and more wealth the top 1%.. Poor schmucks have swallowed the propaganda hook line and sinker.

Politics gives me a headache. But I'm a Democrat and will remain one. In the UK I'm a member of the Labour Party but I'm getting pretty fed up with them. I might just switch to the SNP (Scottish National Party).
