Hey all, new here

Hey everyone, I had signed up here a while back but then had forgotten about it. Ah well, the joys of being in my 60s. 🙂

Hope everyone is having a great new year.

Be blessed.

Hi Becca and Welcome. This year has started off with some positives for me. After months of interviews, my son got a job he had studied for and has now moved to Minnesota (family of 4. girls in high school)/ They moved several states away. They are each facing trials but with positive attitudes...and extra winter planning. I'm cleaning and donating to keep busy and hopefully help others.
Thanks to SF I can check in anytime and get tips of how to shop, buy, wash, and be more friendly. I love our reminiscing and our diversity. in the choices we make and those choices that choose us. What's new with you? Poppyseed

Hi, @itsbecca — welcome to the forums; good to have you here. Whereabouts are you located? (You don't have to be specific if you don't care to be — just curious.)

Seattle, WA, I've discovered years ago that I've distant relatives in Pullayup, WA a direct descendant line from my maternal grandfather. Just above, in BC, had an uncle who'd been a teacher for almost 50 years.

Sorry, rambling, my bad 😔. Welcome from frosty Scotland, the supernatural and genealogy...
