Hey, how are you? Thinking about you all this morningšŸ˜‡

First of all, let me say how much I enjoy reading everyone's posts and responses on each and every topic that comes to mind.
It would be marvelous to visit everyone within their own culture, space and time. As long as I am dreaming perhaps if we had mind to we would turn back time to a place where the impossible is possible to have dinner together?

Seriously folks, how are you? What do you have planned for today?

I have acupuncture this morning at 11:00. I find acupuncture helpful with pain management and involuntary mouth movement caused by years of psychotropic medications for mental health.

It's amazing, the quality of mental health drugs today compared to the 1970s when I started taking these types of medications. Although 34 years passed me bye due to inaccurately prescribed psychotropic drugs for symptomatic mental illness, I can't complain because of the understanding and knowledge I gained as a result of those 34 years of dysfunctional awareness.

Accomplishments this week include better scuba diving performance, spending time with my wife this week as she is taking a week vacation from work, resumed acupuncture for foot pain, short hike scheduled tomorrow with my best friend (wife).

Have a great time today!
Mr. Ed

Thanks for that, Mr. Ed. Glad to hear things are going along well for you. :)

I'm doing okay. Working on a few projects around here, but mostly being ... retired, which is excellent!

And thanks for asking! Very kind of you.

With acupuncture each experience is different. A full session is usually 30 minutes. My acupuncturist is very talented and well versed in body/mind pressure points, tools & materials of the trade. he is also a teacher of asian movement and martial arts. He has applied suction cup to bring up stagnated blood deposits from my lower back. It is amazing how symptoms are treated from different parts of the body.

My acupuncturist IS Asian.

I've gotten great results with acupuncture, though sometimes it didn't work as well as it usually did. Could have been because of stuff I had on my mind on those days.

You sound very positive today. Always a good thing. My day started out kind of crappy but then I mopped the floors. Not as pleasant as acupuncture but it effected change.

Nice of you to ask Ed and happy that you and others had a good day.
The very first thing I did this morning was to open every window in the house to let the crisp, fresh air in after the storm we had. We had the windows shut and the ac running for the past several weeks because of the horrible heat and humidity .
I made one last quick run to the grocery store to get what I need for the holiday weekend. Grandkids are coming so I needed sprinkles for the ice cream and some other treats.
We enjoyed some fresh sweet corn with our dinner tonight. Can't beat the local corn.
Probably watch a dvd borrowed from the library tonight then crawl in bed and call it a day.

I have never had acupuncture, but years ago i would get terrible headaches which I treated with magnets. The lady that told me about them was chinese and an acupuncturist , she gave me a diagram on where to place the magnets, it really helped.

My wife is ready to remove the air conditioners from the upstairs bedroom and downstairs living quarters. At the slightest hint of season change, she is ready for out with the in with the new.
My mood has been better as I look to God as my source of life. I get bogged down when I'm in charge.

Progress with scuba diving certification. Now that my scuba gear is in good working order I can concentrate on completing all of the skills required for certification for open water diving. I'm working on three certifications, Open Water, Drysuit Diving and Nitrox Computer certification. Nitrox cylinder blends allow more bottom time with less risk of decompression sickness, (the bends).
