Firstly- I hope the weather at your home is better than mine! Raining all day long! That's the reason I suddenly have a lot of time and would be glad to chat with some of you and discuss interesting topics! My granddaughter showed me this forum yesterday and I am curious to try it out!

I am living with my husband in Austria, after we moved there 25 years ago, in a small house in the countryside. We have a dog (also dislikes the rainy weather) and a cat.

Hi Moony! I am from Kansas City, Missouri, USA...

I hope to someday visit your part of the world. My father fought in WWII and told me many stories. He was wounded in 1945 going into Düsseldorf, Germany. The injury was a ticket home for him, and he fully recovered from his wounds. I hope to follow his travels in France and Germany, maybe next year...

I don't know to be honest.... maybe it's because I complained about the weather and that I was bored and wanted to speak with some people in my age haha... next day she showed me that. I should ask her next time!
