Hi to all. I've been lurking and reading a few threads so thought I'd join the group.
I'm married female with kids, grandkids and great grandkids.

Thanks for the welcome. I live in the deep south not political and like to study history, including the Bible although not religious.

Welcome!

How "deep" in the south? Key West is the deepest a person can get in the south. Wife and I live in northeastern Florida, but are making plans on moving back to Colorado. Lived for 5 1/2 years south of Denver, but now looking at the northern end of Colorado. We sure do miss Colorado.
Anyway, I like history myself, but my interest is in the Indian Wars of the High Plains, Montana, Wyoming and Colorado. I also like the history of the Old West.

You study the Bible, but not religious? Interesting. I have a Men's Bible and read the Daily Devotions in it, but my wife reads the Bible quite often. She definitely knows more of it than I do.

Anyway, welcome again.

Thanks Classic R. Not that deep. We live in N.Florida.

Too cold in Co for us. But I hear it is beautiful there.

Well, earlier this week, it sure wasn't warm here in Jacksonville! We think it's a real joke when people talk about how warm all of Florida is all year long. Since living here, we've woke up to 24 degrees at 7AM and a high of only 45 degrees for the day. Then again, most people here will say "you want completely out of winter, go to central or southern Florida." When it is 60 degrees in Miami, people there really, really complain.

Hi MeAgain, nice that you joined us!
