I need some new friends and am so glad to have found this forum!

I am a newly divorced, retired, 63 year old lady who has recently moved to a new city and have no friends nor pets (yet).

I love to cook - and stick to a low carb diet, cooking everything from scratch - and my hobbies have included stained glass, fused glass, candlemaking, sewing, painting. I want to take more painting classes and maybe some keyboard lessons. I enjoy learning Spanish from cds, listening to classical music and opera.
