I've been observing this Forum for awhile....and decided that I might like to join in? So here goes! I'm 61 yrs. old....so just sort of " learning the ropes " about getting around in the world of "SENIORS".......the kids are raised, I am semi retired......I really don't get too lonely because I have always kept myself "entertained"....mostly by being a "kid at heart" I guess....( i.e.) I am always sort of "curious and exploring"..... so life is always an adventure ! LOL !! I have worked with kids alot, so they were my greatest teachers! ;)

My husband and I are also 'young' Seniors, but since Seniors seem to be having so much fun, we thought we would join in the fun early... and hope to look forward to many great senior years and senior moments. :) Welcome aboard, Ginger.

Hello Ginger and welcome!

I am also new to this forum. Here's hoping the forum won't be quite as sleepy as it has been (I lurked for quite awhile, trying to make up my mind).

I notice the threads get a lot of hits but not many comments. Chatting it up is what forums are all about. I belong to several horse forums and, believe me, there's never a shortage of conversation on any of them - there's even an "Over 40" thread of horse owners that never sleeps - lol lol

Hi!
Welcome (I'm relatively new here too) and I see someone has used a word I haven't seen in a while. "Lurked." I'm guilty. I wonder what this .forum would look like if we wrote something each time we logged on? Sort of like making illegal to lurk.
