I bought a new crisper drawer for my fridge because the old one was cracked and broken. (insert “they just don’t make em like they used to” rant here.) The company was Partselect.com. Well, the dang thing arrived broken, largely because it was poorly packed and I think the FedEx guy was none too delicate. I called the company, and after a brief stint with the automated system I was connected to a real person, and an American at that!! She listened to my story and set the wheels in motion for a refund and a replacement. I got an email almost immediately asking for pictures of the broken crisper, and I complied. It was easy, and talking to customer service was pleasant — no language barrier, clear explanation of their return policy.
on a completely different note, the crisper drawer cost me over a hundred bucks!!! Yikes! Guess it costs a lot to ship that stuff from China. It’s a GE fridge BTW.
