Hissterical news! Man fined 'cos his snake was not on a leash!

A man has been fined because his pet snake was not on a leash.

Leashes for snakes can't be bought or made (for obvious reasons) but that didn't stop some jumped up "jobsworth" from imposing a fine.

Seems creepy to be allowed to let your pet snake slither around in a public park, leash or no.
