This is my second try at making bagels. First time my camera battery was dead. This time I learned some tricks, but my biggest problem is shaping them into a nice round shape. I'll learn, a couple of them are pretty. They're good and easy to make, just takes a few steps. Last time the bagels stuck to the pan, this time I used parchment paper to bake them and they came out without sticking. I made some plain, the seeds mostly fall off, anyway.
