I noticed that my honey says best by August 2026. I asked Bing and Bing says 3000 years. So maybe it's best for the corporate balance sheet by 2026.

Honey still loves you. That's just how honey is.

Bing is correct Lawrence and so are you. Honey keeps well for a long, long time. If it crystallizes, heat it in its container in hot water and it becomes liquid again.
The corporate marketers just want you to keep buying more of their product.
