I'm a renter. I cannot be putting holes and screws into walls. Cannot even refinish the cabinets. I guess I could, if I asked permission, but why work that hard for a property that is not mine?

That’s what I thought. Not everyone owns their house or condo. Many people rent and it would be a lot of work for someone else’s house/ apartment.
