I hate to burst your bubble but he was a self proclaimed abuser of women.

Sean Connery was a charismatic and sexy actor. But his legacy ought to also reflect the true picture of his life. He was a talented actor revered around the world who was known to abuse women.

Sorry, @Kathleen’s Place, I tried to find a pic but it didn't work out. He played many roles over many decades. My faves of his characters he played were Siegfried in the 1970's BBC "All Creatures Great and Small" and Sir John Middleton in Emma Thompson's "Sense and Sensibility."
