I was having a good day until I checked onto the forum tonight and saw a new member being chastised for starting a thread that someone else disliked. It's not the first time this has occurred, nor will it be the last. No one has the authority to dictate what threads a member can start. There are numerous comparable threads, and only the administrator has the right to close or remove them.

it’s been a very long winter here
in South Australia ~ this year, with freezing cold winds…after a very mild (for us ) …summer

I noticed a few birds looking cosy with each other and fluttering about as well as having a bath in roadside puddles today ~ after a very long drought so hopefully that means springs just around the corner for us with warmer days

I like to be outside tending to my small veggie patch and few flowers/ shade loving plants …. but it been so Coooooold
I don’t think I’ve ever experienced such a cold winter IMG_0742.gif( We don’t get snow ) in SA


Tell us what you like to do in free time , I like chatting :):)..and play games section on here as well to keep the ole grey matter churning as it should

I'm good today, Paulina... full of pep, but it's only 7:30, so that could change at some point. :unsure: Thank you for asking how we are.

Quite long ago there was a thread by a member who's no longer posting that asked about everyone's health... it was always the first thing I visited every morning to check on folks. I generally notice when someone's "missing" and keep an eye on it, but sometimes it slips by me. I'll be here often... actually I'm going to put your thread on "watch" so I remember to mama-hen everyone. 😁
 
Just noticed I have been picking up a bad habit lately. Right after breakfast I take a nap now. I've never done that before. Maybe because I had surgery recently along with chemo and radiation. But usually I am active all day. Even right after the treatments I was very active. I get exhausted spells now.
