How are you today?

Hi, kids. I'm up. It's raining. Coffee:coffee: in the kitchen this morning, darn it. DD was off at 6 to take DGD to physical therapy.

It's supposed to be a rainy and stormy day with a remote possibility of maybe even a tornado.

The best laid plans of mice and men...gonna spend the day gathering my wits and cleaning up the kitchen in preparation for the mess to be made starting tomorrow through Thursday. However, we must all keep in mind that I'm neither a mouse nor a man...jussayin'.

@MarciKS I hope you were able to go back to sleep.
 
I feel tired and lazy today so, I am taking a day off and my only plan for this afternoon is a walk. Unless I feel more energetic after my walk, I will be making sure to keep warm and take it easy and, hopefully, tomorrow I will feel better.

Thank goodness the chef is on duty today, what would one do without staff ;)
 
I'm up. It's not too cold, and the rain seems to be done, but I didn't feel like going out and drying off my chair before drinking coffee. I'll do it after getting dressed and have a second cup.

Making pumpkin pie today. It's laundry day. Need to vacuum up the kitty litter that Maggie cat finds it necessary to scatter everdamnwhere. All that will take until around 10. Then what?
