Even in the middle of winter, I sleep with the window open, even if it’s barely an inch. At -20C, I don’t open it. It might make the furnace run too much.

Yep, much better sleep when it's a little cold in the room.

Today has been a nice day. Very sunny this morning, got colder during the day and light rain on the way home.

I helped with some of the chopping down in the garden and walked most of the way home so, quite energetic for a Sunday!

Yep, much better sleep when it's a little cold in the room.

I like the room to be a little cold and, if need be, I turn on the electric blanket. I also have an electric throw, so cosy in the evenings and the rooms don't get too stuffy.

Welp, laundry about finished, 'cept the folding....went out front a bit and sat in the cloudy skies LOL....it is 70deg F outside it is all good.....
