Dammit! Now Jules has me craving Cracker Jack. It's gluten free too.

Doing ok except this weather isn't doing me any favors with all this back and forth. I am congested and I am unhappy about that.

Feeling good. Woke up at 5. Back to sleep by 6 and woke again 1 minute before I 8 a.m. alarm would have gone off.

You guys have me thinking about checking out this years new flavours of ice cream. Also, time to pick up some cones.

I do have a major supply of pop corn to eat up. One bag is like a very lightly flavoured Cracker Jacks. The other from Costco seems similar. Once I start eating it I can’t stop.

Since I don’t do any gardening and the sun is bright, I’ll be wearing a dress again.

I noticed Magnum Pistachio and chocolate ice cream lollies and Haagen-Dazs Pistachio ice cream tubs. I don't know if they are new but, I haven't seen them before. I am planning to get some to take to the family Bank holiday get-together tomorrow.

Absolutely! a pleasant little jaunt on a bicycle, admittedly a tad under-dressed, has to be much more civilized and jolly than pruning the roses in the buff, all bare bums and dirty fingernails ...

Finally got some long overdue rain. Of course, it came with a tornado watch. Still, my garden really needs the rain. Not sur if the wind will strip bare my peach tree though.

Seems like nature really took delight in tormenting us this year. First it was a nasty "Tussock moth caterpiller" that will sting you and leave an itchy rash. They liked feeding on the garden. Then, their eggs became moths that feasted on the garden. After them came the "Eastern lubber grasshopper". They are notorious garden pests that can defoliate plants, are toxic to predators, and emit a foul-smelling, hissing foam.

They start out real small, but still eat the heck out of a garden. Later, As they mature through five or six molts, they can reach 3–4 inches long. Right now, they're eating the heck out on my grapes.

Have already spent $1,000+ to get our septic tank pumped out and our toilets still won't flush. So a plumber's on the way. (This stuff always happens at night or on weekends so of course then you've got extra "emergency" fees. So, so tired of this old country living...

I'm a popcornaholic, but plain, lightly salted and topped with nutritional yeast or a spare dusting of cinnamon sugar.

I lost my fondness for Cracker Jacks. As an adult my strong dislike of food that sticks to my teeth outweighs my moderate affection for caramel.

Even if you toss caution to the wind and look for some Carmel coated popcorn, it always --- has nuts in it. The nut is what
makes me turn away because of dentures. You can't get a peanut moist in your mouth. It's a hassle to eat round them.

watched a couple oldies on stream (Police Woman, and Cagney & Lacy)
with freshly popped popcorn with added butter, laid down on couch, or bed...
And failed to get into sink or laundry duties!!!!! I think I should get a DNM
medal!!!!!

I can relate to that! I haven't found any store that has gelato that compares to Aldi's!!
