How can I upload an audio file that I created?

I have tried several formats and keep getting an error message.

When you click on the media box, to the right of the link icon, it shows you what file formats are accepted. If you haven't used one of those formats or platforms, that could be the reason why.

I agree. The "all files" option there isn't going to help with that.

It looks like .zip, .txt, .pdf, .jpg, .jpeg, .jpe, and .gif from here.

Hmm. An audio file would be ... an .mp3? You might have to upload it to somewhere like YouTube in order to display it here at Senior Forums. (Not sure, though.)

@sailormann, click on the "Media" icon in your reply box. It will tell you what websites you can upload your mp3 to so that you can link to it at Senior Forums. Here they are — other than this, I don't know:

As I said above, you'll need to upload your audio file to one of the websites I posted above (post #7), then link to it from a post at Senior Forums. You can't actually upload it to Senior Forums.

I bookmarked that site. It looks interesting and I never saw a site like that, I mean to upload music and sell it, etc. Thanks
