I've heard good things about magnesium for sleep.One hour before I go to bed, I drink mint tea or chamomile tea, and take magnesium glycinate. When I go to bed, I turn on soft music in very low volume, and say a bedtime prayer. If I can't sleep after 30 minilutes in bed, I take one sleeping pill.
Happy Anniversary!I didn’t sleep well last night. It took me a long time to fall asleep. I thought it might be because I had cake and ice cream. We celebrated our 36st anniversary yesterday so I might have had too much sugar in my system.
By 12:45, I went into the living room and finally fell asleep in my lazyboy chair.

So, that's it; today is the day I stop already with the creepy stalker / true crime podcasts and murdery movies. I fell back into this habit after being sick for a few weeks, last month and it's begun to take a toll on my nervous system. :/
