How do I Follow someone on SF?

I have gone into my profile and can't seem to find an intuitive way to do this? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!

Put your cursor on the person's avatar. Underneath, you will see - Follow - Ignore - Start Conversation.

@dseag2, you can also see a Follow button on everyone's profile page. When you go to your Profile page, and click on About, you'll see all the members who are following you, and who you follow.

It's just like befirending someone you like. You aren't notified as far as I know, but if the Newsfeed option is enabled for the forum, then when you look at that you can see everyone you follow when they posted , liked someone else's post, etc. The Newsfeed is not currently enabled on this board.
