I do the best I can. I used to be a news junkie. It was stressing me out, and I'd had enough. Last year, I weaned myself off. I figure if the world is gonna end, I'll get wind of it. Now I read and listen to global news radio occasionally. These days "good spirits" come in a bottleI wake up to the news on more shootings, January 6th hearings, the Dow dropping 800 points and extreme weather events throughout the country. I have almost become immune to these stories, which I never want to be, but I just can't let them rule my life. I have chosen to filter out what I watch. What do you all do to keep sane and in good spirits?
