Speaking from within my personal thoughts only, I'd be very leery about starting off a relationship with deception. I love fun... but making someone think I'm someone else seems a big risk if the guy doesn't share those sentiments or the definition of fun.

That was funny! Supposedly, when women started working in the last century and smoking, the women were starting not to live as long and the gap between the men life expectancy and theirs started getting smaller. Having said that, you are right about the ratio now. One of the reasons the gap still exists is because women are more apt to go to the doctor to seek regular and preventive care. Men tend to wait until for symptoms to worsen and sometimes delay or avoid care. In fairness to men, they are getting better at looking after their health than days gone by, although a lot of them have to be prodded by women.
