How Do You Find the Value of Glass Pieces?

Two different things I'm curious about. I have two Lladro figures. One is in like new condition, the other suffered a cat attack that meant her head had to be reattached. I wonder their value to collectors. Then there is a vase and two bowls. All are heavy crystal and obviously the same maker with a distinctive similar pattern. How would you figure out a brand?

When I want to price something, I just look up the name on various sites, takes time sometimes it's subjective as not all sites agree so I just use my best judgment. Your figurines appear to be much more valuable than the items I was trying to price, so I would definitely be more cautious when seeking info, remember some dealers also may low ball you so they can get a good deal to resell an item, though some are going to want to give a good price to retain their reputation in the business.

There are plenty selling on ebay, but remember what they put on there are just they're starting bidding prices, those prices can sky rocket to unbelievable asking prices and one can always set a must have price if not reached auction can be canceled.

Also remember there are originals, copies, and so forth. Check the markings and type that into your search engine and see what comes back, that's one way to get started.

Not familiar with that type of figurine but the crystal can be appraised--some jewelers do it (for a price) We had to have pieces appraised when my husband's mother died. You can search online for an idea, but if you really want to know for sure, I would look for an appraiser. Sometimes they can be found at auction houses if you live near one, but of course, ask what they charge.
