I have been going to Magoo's in Etobicoke for decades. Family owned for over 30 years.

I like mine grilled until it stops mooing only cheese, as they say. I like to taste the meat

I don't get out to Scarborough often but will keep it mind, 50 years, nice

Rare on a toasted sesame seed roll, topped with Swiss or Gruyère cheese, caramelized onions, sautéd garlic, slice of Jersey tomato, either bread and butter pickle slices or dill slices, place on a butter lettuce leaf. Add a touch of mayo and 1,000 Island dressing. It's a total meal unto itself.
