How do you your ice cubes? I started a poll on this very important topic

As a cocktail bar attendant I used to put ice cubes through a small hand cranked crusher, so yes it's an option.

I don't recall how big those are but I like mine to fill up the ice cube tray all the way. That's what I considered large.

I use these exotic ice cube trays that are imported from China by the folks at Dollar Tree.

Two trays for $1.25!

They make two different size cubes in the same tray.

I chose other because the ice cube maker in both our refrigerators make the same size. I don't know what size that is since I have no way to compare.

The feature of crushed ice is there but I consider useless since coming out crushed makes more of a mess than I care to deal with.

The fridge makes cubes, chips and hot water. I prefer any drink undiluted.

I’m not sure why I voted because I rarely use ice cubes at home and never thought about the size. In a fast food place where you fill your own cups, I load it up with ice. I’ll have to look at the size next time I’m there.

I sure don’t miss those old metal ice cubes trays.

When I was a kid, you'd get a Coke at the Woolworth's lunch counter that had some sort of "shaved" ice in it. It was crunchy and chewy. I loved it.

I remember that well! I used to love going to Woolworths., There used to be one downtown Cleveland.

Big. I have a tray that only holds six but they’re like icebergs, one half fills a gin glass.

The "whiskey set" that I got the Spousal Equivalent for Christmas a couple of years ago had a crystal whiskey glass and a set of granite ice cubes. Apparently you are to keep them in the freezer until you put them in your drink and they won't melt and dilute the booze. He didn't like them, so they're in my craft cabinet now, waiting for something to do with them.
