How do you make your coffee?

I make my own coffee with the best home bean to cup coffee machine UK based. I can say that I saved a lot of money by making my own instead of going to a café to get one. How do you make your own coffee? Do you also have a coffee machine? TIA.

Well boy, am I going to upset the coffee cart, I went to
INSTANT maxhouse several years ago, and have been using
it ever since I retired I think...got a instant pot for hot water
and pour it on...only drink 3 cups in morning, thats it...the first and only time I went to bringyourbucks coffee I almost threw up!@!!!

We have a standard electric coffeemaker, an old-fashioned percolator pot, as well as a Swiss Gold reusable coffee filter system. By far my favourite cup of coffee comes by way of the old stove-top percolator.

However, @win231, just posted a recent purchase he made... a pour over kettle with thermometer right in the lid, and I'm really steering towards a pot just like it.

Being the non-campfire cowgirl that I am, I enjoy my coffee kicked up a notch, so I add a little ground cinnamon to it, and sometimes a little cocoa.

As for coffee variety... Starbucks breakfast blend. I like to enjoy and savour coffee, not chew it.

I use grocery store French roast coffee.

I boil the water in a tea kettle and use the pour-over method.

I've also experimented with cold-brewed coffee by putting the ground coffee and water in a mason jar overnight in the refrigerator, straining it through a coffee filter, and heating it in the microwave.
We use a French press and grind our beans every morning. I buy our beans from a local roasting shop that feels like it has been transported in time from the 1960's. Support your local hippies is my motto, assuming you are lucky enough to still have some of them around.

Use whatever coffee maker that has a stainless steel carafe.....the one right now is a Cuisinart.....makes really great coffee.
This & the last coffee maker were both stainless steel carafe. No heater element to sit on so it doesn’t overcook the coffee. It stays quite hot for about an hour.

Coffee is usually Nabob.

Hope other Canadians will forgive me -it‘s never Timmies.

We have one of those fancy coffee machines ,as well as about 4 - 5 different types of instant coffee
but my most favourite is a instant coffee / cappuccino A8F5F5A1-3CAD-4734-A820-F44E44FD3C10.jpeg from aldi that comes in a box of 10 little packs for $3
,I like mine put in the cup add boiled water and a dash of milk ,topped with chocolate sprinkle that comes in the box.....but not stirred I like little lumps of coffee mixture that floats on the top if you don’t stir it

I stopped drinking coffee about 10 years ago; I just couldn't tolerate the smell and taste. Hubby on the other hand drinks coffee all day long. He uses the Keurig now; got tired of grinding beans.
