How do you read this forum?

Glinda. That Guy just dropped off the face of the earth. He posted one day and the next day he was gone. I fear something happened to him, but I hope not.

He lived in CA and was quite the surfer. We all enjoyed his threads.
 

No special way for me... I just meander about and if something catches my eye, I post.. I also kind of remember what thread I have been active on can check that. I suppose "new posts' is a good idea..

Since you brought this up the "mark forums read" doesn't seem to work consistently.
For example, it seems like right after I post something, all the threads I just read show as being unread again.

Anyone else notice this? Or is it me?

Nancy, try clicking on "Quick Links" , then today's posts. All new or unread posts will show in bold lettering and be separated from the others. That may help.
