How do you stop us from being human?

We create institutions to solve problems and aid us in our lives. People like police, judges, attorneys, elected officials require our trust in order to do their jobs. And we gave those people much power over us. But, we are human. And it is not mere"erring", we are diabolic, devious, deceitful, etc., etc. This attachment tells of a police official, who had to resign because she was using fake personas. How did she get her job? The previous police official had to resign for using fake personas.
My question is how do you stop us from being human? Do we just assume there's going to be corruption?

Until we become part of the "Borg" and as long as we have free will, there will be some of us who will choose the wrong path. We can only hope that it will be a very small percentage. So, yes, as long as there are humans, there will be corruption.

Folks these days seem to have an obsessive need to express themselves on the internet. They're just smart enough to do their blabbing under a false name, but too stupid to know that they will eventually be caught out. Remember Carlos Danger aka Anthony Weiner? Nobody seems to have any restraint anymore.
