All true. Films like this should be mandatory viewing for all citizens, but of course THAT won't happen in my lifetime either.
Kentucky at this point is going on a wing and a prayer in regards to planting hemp: they're using the Fed's statement that they won't interfere with hemp farmers as a rationale to go ahead with the plantings, but the problem with that is that the Feds have gone back on their word concerning hemp and marijuana many, many times in the past.
We can only sit back and watch what happens.
