Good morning ! Yes, peeps, it's Sunday. I wouldn't kid about anything so important.

Maggiecat wasn't quite so insistent this morning so I didn't roll outta the sack until 6:30.

Hoping for a less pollen-y day today because there are things I really want to do in the garden.

Right now I'm off to the kitchen to bake the scones. Calling @Mizmo. Lemon/blueberry scones this morning. I'll save one for you.

I just opened my kitchen blinds where I sit and it's a dark, cloudy, and breezy morning. The eastern seaboard storm is moving north.
Anyway, there sits Gordon. Gordon lives across the street. He is a tall brown tabby cat. Not heavy. His legs are long. I sometimes mistake him for a little dog. He loves to come in my yard. He's shy so we just greet each other and he moves on.
I hope Gordon is around for a long time. I'd miss him keeping an eye on me.

Morning all, my early walk at 6:50,temp was 46 as I walked down to the end of the street to local co op bought couple items. I was wearing my yellow reflector vest since it was still a bit dark outside
I had a wonderful time yesterday seeing my niece Katie, hubby Zach, my great nephew, Xavier for 45 min. He sorta remember who I was.We walked into big room on 1st floor where we have our meetings/exercise class, has 3 huge windows. Xavier was fascinated looking at the water fountain outside across the street in the roundabout, wanted to go out,it was raining. We went into the cafe, he saw apples& oranges, I cut up the apple for him, he took 1 slice Zach peeled the orange, he enjoyed eating that
No plans for today except having brunch at noon in the dining room with 3 other church members,my neighbor Bill, Jerry & Val,read local paper. If its not raining will try to take another walk
Everybody enjoy your day

I must do a small load of laundry today. It's been weeks, due to my left foot. But MUST wash all underwear and pj pants & sweatshirts.

I have a lot of clothes, so that's all I need to do now. It's a start, it's desperately needed, and I will gain confidence if I do it.

It's hard being me......... :ROFLMAO:

Afternoon Peeps of SF....

It's a glorious sunny day albeit a little chilly....

DD took new little pup to the dog park for the first time , she said he was soooo excited, it made her laugh... he's only 15 weeks old

I was starting to think this tbh... especially as the day after I'm due to have the vaccines, I,m due to have more physiotherapy on my arm and hand... so maybe I'll just choose one over the other...
HD, the shingles vaccine often stokes a greater reaction than most. In my case, it sent me to the ER twice. I believe it was because my doctor (at the time and no more), said I was also due for a Tdap (tetanus, diptheria and pertussis) shot and to go ahead and get it the same day. My body did not do well managing what was effectively 4 vaccines on the same day.

I put at least two weeks between vaccines now, regardless of what they are and the professional advice being offered.

Please don't let them talk you into two vaccines on the same day. 🤗

Did a load of laundry! Will put it away tomorrow, no stuff can wrinkle, all underwear, sweat shirts & pants. I've worn a blouse more than just one day, but never, never, panties and socks!

I'm exhausted and my left foot hurts. I can see I only have strength for this chore in morning. Looking forward to doing more! Trying to stay independent as long as I can.

Yes I think that's what I'm going to do...I'll choose to have the pneumonia vax first... and hope that doesn't make me poorly for the next day's physiotherapy.... :)
