Left: With two 4-wheel-drive SUV's, my daughter and friends were camping in the boondocks of the Death Valley National Park
that is surrounded by high mountain ranges. When the weather forecast called for new snow in the mountains, they decided to
come home while the mountain passes were still open. This picture was taken by a drone, copied from an iPhone and cropped.
They made it out in the last minute and driving home in 6 hours. Right: The first of 3 storms gave our house 1.2" of rain, bringing
the total for this rain season to 7.1" which guarantees a drought free year. I am living where the white arrow tip is pointing.

Just another picture of our garden. BTW, yesterday I had my regular dentist check-up, and today I'll have a skin cancer check-up.

Left: At sunrise, I let the pups out to do their morning business. Of course, they also play. Then breakfast, and afterwards
we'll go for our daily one-hour morning hike. Right: Our hawk-in-residence. I just saw another hawk. Will they build a nest?

I think,....just saw a couple of yellow spring wildflowers outside, so it is on the way. I have
f'dd up my internet start bar. grrrrrr.....having devil\
of a time typing today, clumsy fingers....trying to
find online some "mens trousers" sports style, even
tho I'm not into sports.....ah well take care and have

What a wonderful evening we had at The Bluebird club, so many of our friends there too, it was almost like pre-covid.My lady watched the dancers and twitched away but she was a good girl and remained seated, well almost. Towards the end, when the band played Dean Martin's Sway, we went onto the floor and danced a rumba, much to the cheering of our lovely friends.
Today has brought a great deal of light into our lives, well our garden actually. The roots of two conifer trees were causing our patio to lift and could have been a threat to the foundations of our neighbour's garage. Now the Arborist, or tree surgeon, as I call him, has removed the conifers it's a case of: "Let there be light!"
Our builder has also been today, he relieved me of a few hundred pounds but the small repairs and replacements that he did help enhance the house and won't give the buyer's surveyor any reason to pick faults. That survey is next Monday, our house sale is moving on a pace. We still have to secure storage and find a rental home while we house hunt. Is there a term for bungalow hunt? Stairways have become a challenge for my wife.

2 warm stuffed pancakes... one with Chocolate, & fresh bananas, and the other with Raspberry puree... and stuffed FULL of blueberries and raspberries ...complete with a dollop of Cream ...I did tell him that you've suggested if he ever wants to move he can go and live next door to you all.. and he laughed and said... ''I'm not going anywhere''... :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:
