My name is really Michael, but I haven't used it
since I left school!

I can and have been called, Mike, Mick, Micky,
Mikey, plus some that never heard, by people,
who thought that I was wrong!

Others brand you. Kind of like fighter pilots and their call signs. They didn't choose them, others did.
Very early on I became Clutch, why? because I had a jaw that reminded people of the the cartoon character Clutch Cargo. (we are going back here).
Ever since I have been known as clutch.
People choose what to call you and it is a term of endearment.
