How many of you DEPEND on SF?

I've been on SF for 2 yrs,but it feels like I've been here for a lot longer
I've said this in previous posts,this is a very friendly forum,enjoy reading different points of view,advice we give each other
I ck in twice/day to see what's been going on
It does feel like 'family' to me,if I couldn't come here my day would be less fullfilling

Oh yes I'm here several times a day when I'm home, and since I took early retirement 18 months ago...it's been a very close companion, and I feel that just about all of you are friends, even tho' we've never met, and I look forward to hearing all your stories, and the humour from some that makes me laugh out loud

I'd miss you guys very much if you weren't here...

ETA...Oh I forgot to mention the photos, and albums...I love to see everybody's pictures and photos

Exactly how I feel too, holly. We don’t go out much anymore, we are not shut ins...just older, so this forum is just so important to me. I have enjoyed reading each thread and usually I keep my opinions to myself. I don’t like arguing with someone so I just go to the next subject. You guys are great and I really miss some of the original posters. Pappy.

I think there's something really special about minds meeting minds across continents, across oceans, whatever. Visiting this place feels like a visit to the local pub where friends are waiting to welcome me into the conversation, play games, share pictures, etc.

i really enjoy this forum--i some times get ideas from others about what vitamins they take to improve their health-even tho i live with my daughter -sil-and grandson they are talking among their selves so i really have no one to talk to my age--i have a telephone friend we talk about once a week i usually come on here about 2x a day--i dont go out except for doctors appointments and prescriptions--on sunday i will go for a short drive
