How many pairs of foot ware do you have, take a guess.

I normally have one pair of shoes but the other day I bought a new pair because the current ones are getting near the end of their life. I also have a pair of crocs and two pairs of thongs (probably flip flops to you) one pair I keep in the car.

Always buy shoes with velcro straps - so much easier to get into and do up than laces.

This inspired me to go check. I have more than I thought I did, most of which are the ones that I may wear once a year but I can't bring myself to get rid of them because, y'know, I might need to wear those red shoes with that navy-blue-and-red dress that I haven't worn in three years and probably can't even get into.

I guess I'm a "shoe hoarder".

A couple of years ago, I went to a wedding where I had to dress up and wore a pair of dress shoes that I'd had for years. Apparently more years than I realized, because about half-way through the evening, the shoes literally started disintegrating on my feet. I made it through the evening without emulating Cinderella, but it was close.

Add two more pair of slippers for me. I just got my order of rubber slides. I also ordered a black pair. Now I have these in tan, navy, hot pink, a pale blue-gray color and white. These are so comfortable and easy to clean. So my slipper total is now 13 (well 15 actually).
