How many times did you move as a child

Only once. I was in kindergarten. We were in a one-bedroom apartment in Brooklyn, NY. My brother and I slept in bunkbeds in the corner of the living room. Then my sister was born. We moved to a 6 room (3 bedroom) apartment about 10 blocks away. The family stayed there until we all went out on our own.

Twice. We moved when I was going in to 9th grade. It wasn't too hard of an adjustment. I still had my old friends from my previous school and made new ones at my new school. We stayed in the same city, just a better part of town.

We moved several times, and I hated it - so I raised my kids (even thru a divorce) in the same City.

My youngest son moved to Colorado a few years ago, said he was absolutely sick of living in the same place. :ROFLMAO:

Just twice. First from a small dingy flat to a nice semi detached in the same town after my Parents won on the Premium Bonds in about 1966. The semi cost a whopping £2,800!

The other was when I returned home from college to the afformentioned house aged 17 and they'd moved about half a mile into a bungallow. I got the address off a neighbour and walked over there with my big rucksack and guitar only to be told by that neighbour that I didn't live there as the new residents had never mentioned a Son away at college and that I should "sling me hook" otherwise they'd ring the Police. Welcome home Son :ROFLMAO:

My parents bought the house that I grew up in when I was two years old. That’s the only house that I have a memory of and they stayed in it until their 60s when they decide to sell and move into an apartment.

We moved 8 times. My sister and I were only 3 and 6 so we didn't know any better. When my second sister came into this world things became
a little more uncomfortable as we were 5 in a one bedroom and my baby sister had to sleep in the bottom drawer and my sister and I shared a
single bed. Oh, the mosquitoes were terrible.
