Years ago, a lady at one of my accounts had a daughter who got a tongue piercing, She developed a severe infection and had to have 1/2 her tongue removed....probably had to live on cream of wheat and pudding for weeks.
No tattoos or piecing at our place.

Slightly off the point, about nose piercings. Er what happens when they have a cold and blow their noses?
Is it as disgusting as I imagine?

Like many that posted here, I had my ears pierced once when I was young. I do not care for tattoos or tongue piercings or any other piercings of the body. God knew what He was doing when He made us.

Me too, I like nice earrings but just one in each ear is enough.
I find seeing lots of so-called jewellery all over the ears looks awful. I cannot imagine why anyone wants that.
