.. and on my stove, and radios, and everything else. Oh, well..And could anyone for the life of them figure out how to stop that flashing red 12:00pm sign on their VCR's?
I still have my TI99/4A and Commodore C64 computers in the attic. I had so much fun with those I can't bare to part with them. I also have the monitor and floppy drive for the C64. The last time I hooked up the C64 it still worked and ran the early version of flight simulator.I still have the first new computer I built in 2000. Still runs, I crank it up every so often, if I'm in a nostalgic mood.
Today here in Toronto, number one bright clear copper is worth $4.55 a pound. That makes collecting copper wire and pipes a useful hobby. JimB.I have 6 large boxes of cables that I gave away a few months ago to a kid collecting scrap to take to the scrapyard. I showed him how to strip the insulation off of the wires and then sell the copper wiring by itself. I guessed he would get a few pounds of copper from it. I will ask him when I get back home on Monday.
