How much would be a reasonable price?

A lot of people stop. I do remember selling plants, but to different people. It is difficult to remember each individual. I went to all the Facebook selling groups I am in and ran her name in the members list and nothing came up.

Deb, do you wonder if she’s just checking to see when you might not be at home, i.e. an empty house?

There’re all kinds of FB complaints about people not showing up or those who have a set time to get something and it’s already been sold. People can be darn rude.

Yes, they can, Jules; rude, clueless, self-absorbed et cetera.... That's what makes the good ones stand out. :)

I wouldn’t waste time trying to figure out the people on Facebook. I would focus on why you continue to put yourself through this for such a small return.

I don’t understand why you do it or why you continue to be surprised by people’s behavior.

Let the stuff go and focus your energy on creating a new life in a comfortable modern home while you are still young enough to enjoy it.

I just got a PM from the woman that stood me up yeaterday, apoligizing again, but giving no reason or explanation nor offering another appointment time.
Sounds like a fairly decent person that has changed her mind about buying that plant

Well this is absolutely none of my business but I think this is exceptionally dangerous. Asking the forum members if this communication about a plant potential sale exchange looks normal .... meanwhile there’s information about house location.

And Aunt Bea beat me to it.
Why continually waste your time doing this.
You stress yourself out needlessly just to try and make money. If you aren’t using this money which you’ve so proudly saved, then it’s useless money that’s just wasted and unfortunately that’s what I think will happen to your stash. Your money isn’t serving you in the least.

There are some great houses out there. You are getting some great help offered but you keep doing the same thing over. Instead of focussing on getting a new life and making that a priority, you’ve slipped back to old ways of thinking.

If you focus all your attention on the depreciation on all your personal items in hopes that you don’t lose any money, you won’t ever move anywhere. If you don’t soon start trusting the banks and other people who can help you with your money, then that money will be lost.

Right now you have the money to get a decent house. There are lots of them. You can even pick a lot you like, have the perfect house made for you including how many bedrooms, bathrooms and number of floors, get a septic system and well put in for a reasonable price. You can move in and start a brand new life with new habits. You don’t have to deal with all this selling stuff. You don’t even like doing it. It frustrates you every time. We all notice.

The last house Aunt Bea told you about is the sweetest deal yet.

1/. You want it on one floor
2/. You want privacy
3/. You don’t want more home problems. It’s NEW! Get a home inspection done before you move in.
4/. it’s close to amenities.
5/. It’ has trees for shelter

Wake up! Do the smart thing with your money. Use it for what you truly want. A pile of money is useless. A pile of money used for the life you really want is worth everything this life has to offer.
