This bloke has serious career problems. In one fell swoop he's managed to get his Company, his customers, animal lovers in general, pet owners in particular, and the entire US press corp all mad at him at the same time. Whoops.

I agree with him. Of course the dog is important to the owner, but, compared to all the problems in the world today, a lost dog isn't important at all.

It is a shame the email went to a reporter because because reporters want to get the most out of any story.

I agree with him also. It's a dog - get over it. Dogs shouldn't be on planes anyway.

It's just that the U.S. doesn't like be called on how stupid their press corps acts, and pet owners are well-known for putting their pets above everything else.

Sure, let the government shut down - we have a LOST DOG to find!
