I've started doing exercises for my arthritic hands and they always feel better when I do. Have you replaced either knee joint. Best thing I ever did.

NO not replaced either knee joint. Last time I saw the consutant he said that the whole kee ( specifically the right one ).. is not damaged and he would refer me to a consultant friend who only replaces the knee Cap,
