Anyone here know how to stop it ? It has become ridiculous lately.

I received seven pieces of mail just today, all but my utility bill was junk mail/solicitations .

FTC.gov shows this. To opt out permanently: Go to optoutprescreen.com or call 1-888-5-OPT-OUT (1-888-567-8688) to start the process.
I did it years ago and had forgotten how, but it works. I never get junk mail now.

Thank You, I'll call the number tomorrow.

I went through this with my stepfather's stuff. He could get 15-20 in one day. I called, e mailed and even stamped some envelopes stating to remove. If there is a self addressed paid envelope, mail it back to them, writing to remove you. They will have to pay that postage. Return to sender does not work because it's second, third, forth, whatever class mail.

Most of my junk email is the result of clicking on a headline or an appealing topic only to find it was a form of click bate. Even with privacy settings as I think will prevent tracking, it still happens. But what about all those spoofed phone calls from who knows where?

The USPS gets paid to deliver what you call junk mail. I see that the price of a US first class stamp has been increased for the third time in 2 years. Perhaps the USPS should stop accepting "junk Mail " and increase the prices for the other postal services ? How would you like that ? Be careful what you wish for....

I would rather pay a reasonable increase in postage, than deal with all this crap.

I don't know why your post reads so aggressive. I had nothing to do with this mail. I just tried to stop it. What would you call it? These were organizations I'd never heard with all these odd titles. I also have no control over USPS or the price of a stamp. I am aware of the increases. What am I wishing for? Odd.
