My daughter saw this on the web and sent it to me. If you think your oven temperature is not correct they say it is an easy fix. I haven't tried it yet but it does look simple enough. The site is called DIY with Hometalk. I have no idea how to post it here. After reading it I was sure my old stove wouldn't have the adjustment they mentioned but it did. I never noticed the little control on the back of the knob and I take the knobs off every time my stove needs a good cleaning. All you do is put a thermometer which you can buy in Walmart, into the oven and according to how far off the temperature is you loosen the screws on the knob and move them slightly until the temperature of the oven matches up with the one you placed in the oven. It will take a few tries but they say it works. They also give directions for digital controls and works on gas stoves also. I'm going to try this because I noticed the crust on my pies come out to dark if I don't cover it with foil and my bread came out way sooner than the recipe stated.
