Kind of overkill. Why do you have to repel down the side of a building to get squatters out?

I will point out that in the U.K. trespassing is NOT a criminal offence. It is a civil matter, which is why the Police do not normally get involved . Thus the rise of the private companies who work on behalf of the property owner, to remove illegal occupiers. JimB.
