1.To check a drug you know go to FDA.gov and enter the medication name.
2.To keep up with the latest recalls sign up for email alerts at FDA.gov/safety/recalls.
Recalls are now ongoing for blood pressure drugs containing losartan, valsartan and Irbesartan as they may contain cancer causing chemicals.

Well, for me and this works, take very few drugs.

No recalls on nutritional supplements to speak of.

I take Losartan and my Husband takes Valsartan and lucky for us we were notified by our Pharmacy to check the site on FDA to see if the manufacturer of our meds was on the list. It was so we have to change to something else.
