How to stop getting notifications

There are a couple of threads I don’t want to get notifications on anymore. I’ve clicked on “unwatch,” but am still getting notifications of new posts.
Also, can you clear your list of notifications?

The options are in your Profile > Preferences section.

Click on your avatar and name top right.

As OY states, you can tailor your notifications in your profile.

You can also put people you don't like, or want to see, on IGNORE. By placing someone on IGNORE you no longer see any of their posts. This might be something you should keep in mind.
